Hi, I'm Tom Ahern
I'm a counsellor, podcaster and writer. As a counsellor, I run an online program for driven adults. My therapy looks to solve two fundamental problems facing today’s adults: a lack of purpose and high anxiety. I've helped individuals cultivate an intrinsic sense of purpose—with greater directional clarity—and self-awareness, helping them befriend their minds along the way. Human beings function best when they are focused on the future, aiming towards a greater life for themselves and others.
